  • Project Description

Hi, I'm Tony Kunkel! My co-founder Michael and I were getting frustrated with our ability to recall information from books we read, takeaways we wrote down, or personal information we stored somewhere. We started jotting our insights down in spreadsheets and noticed patterns on how we organized and consumed the information we stored. We also noticed that there wasn't an app that easily allowed you to build upon your insights in an organized way. This user experience and market research led us to build a website that would make it much easier to store, recall, and enhance insights we record.

  • Why is the timing right for your idea?

There is no website out there right now that can meet our needs. We know people are suffering from memory problems, are poor organizers, and want a better way to store their insights. Information overload is becoming worse every year as we all accumulate more notes. It's only a matter of time before someone else comes up with this idea so we are acting fast.

  • What is your competitive advantage?

There is no website or app that focuses on what we want to do. Trello and Dropmark are two paid apps that are close to our design, but still are missing key features to meet our needs. Social media nad note-taking apps like twitter, facebook, instagram, google drive, evernote and notion enable people to create content at an accelerating rate. People are craving a way to help with their memory and to organize their personal information. Personal growth is a desired trend and our design provides a way for people to build on their insights and enhance their memory skills and intellectual acuity. We both have knowledge management backgrounds in consulting so we know the information management industry and delivering digital products.

  • What will you do with $10,000?

We are in the early stage of development and will use this cash to pay for a developer and UX designer to complete our MVP so that we can onboard some users from our customer discovery sessions and get feedback. We plan on continue to engage and grow a community passionate about mental acuity as well as testing growth channels.
